Shipping Policy

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of successful order confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations Across India: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by weekends, public holidays, festivals, courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value specified on our website from time to time.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout and are considered final.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected serviceable locations.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Kosmoderma Healthcare Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, you may request a return or replacement within 2 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices (if applicable).
  • Be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return or Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or excessive use by the customer.
  • The return/replacement request is raised after 2 days from the delivery date.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, or accessories.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, product details, and clear photos and videos of the unboxed product if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.

Important Note

All return and replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our customer service team. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Procedure for Return or Replacement

Wrong Product Received

Step 1 : Raise a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at products@kosmoderma.com along with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Images of the received product

Step 2 : Allow up to 48 working hours for our team to review your request.

Step 3 : Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4 : If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, our support team will guide you through an alternative return process.

Step 5 : Once the returned product passes quality inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

Damaged Product Received

Step 1 : Raise a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery by emailing products@kosmoderma.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the damaged product

Step 2 : Allow up to 48 working hours for request verification.

Step 3 : Upon approval, we will arrange pickup of the damaged product.

Step 4 : If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we will provide an alternate return solution.

Step 5 : After successful quality inspection, a replacement product will be shipped based on stock availability.

How Returns Are Processed

  • Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged.
  • Our courier partner will typically collect the item within 5–7 business days.
  • The product will be inspected by our quality control team upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • If the product meets the return eligibility criteria, a replacement or exchange will be processed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
